We ship our products from a number of suppliers in the UK, EU & Worldwide. Due to the nature of shipping from different locations around the world, timescales vary due to a number of factors. These include:
- Whether or not the item has been manufactured.
- Whether the item has been granted QC approval and is ready for shipping.
- The location of the item.
- Delays caused by shipping services.
- Import/customs holding periods.
Due to these factors we ask that all of our customers email us at email@example.com before ordering. We will then be able to check the stock status of any items to be purchased. If you do not do this, we will endeavour to give you as accurate a timescale as possible for delivery but cannot guarantee a delivery timescale in line with your expectations due to factors outside our control. This will be detailed in an email to you when your item is shipped.
We are not repsonsible for any delays in the shipping/handling process, including but not limited to:
- Natural disaster
- Adverse weather
- Traffic accident
- Industrial accident
- Import/customs delays

Please note THIS DOES NOT necessarily mean you will receive your order within 24 hours of ordering however if an order is placed before 9:00 AM & the item IS IN STOCK, we will try our best to dispatch it the same day.
UK - "Parcelforce" = We will use Parcelforce's 48 HOUR SERVICE which provides a 48 HOUR SERVICE from the DATE of SHIPPING. Please note THIS DOES NOT necessarily mean you will receive your order within 48 hours of ordering however if an order is placed before 9:00 AM & the item IS IN STOCK, we will try our best to dispatch it the same day.
EUROPE - "DHL or Alternate Courier)" = We will use DHL or an alternative courier which will provide the appropriate method to ship your order. Please note depending on the package size may be sent ROAD service or an EXPRESS service.
WORLDWIDE - "DHL or Alternate Courier)" = We will use DHL or an alternative courier which will provide the appropriate method to ship your order. Please note depending on the package size may be sent an ECONOMY service or an EXPRESS service.
Please note our Worldwide Shipping Rate (Outside of Europe) rates are based on the United States of America.
If you live anywhere outside of Europe such as Australia, Japan, China etc... you may incur an additional charge.
Please note our Europe Shipping Rates are based on Europe Mainland Countries, other countries such as Malta, Canary Islands, Reunion may incur an extra charge.
If ordering multiple quantities of a single product, extra shipping costs may be required as our system cannot always accommodate this. For example x1 2L Tin of Oil is £8 with Parcelforce however if adding x20 the cost on the website for postage may remain the same.
You will be contacted once you have placed your order if any of the above are valid for your order.
Whilst our system obtains the most accurate shipping quote possible sometimes it is possible the rates are too high or too low. We can obtain the most accurate shipping quote if you please contact us directly via email "email@example.com" and we'll do our best to give you the most accurate shipping cost.

During negotiations the EU and UK agreed a Northern Ireland Protocol that there would be no new checks on goods crossing the border between NI and the Republic of Ireland (ROI).
The protocol aims to:
- avoid a hard border between NI and the ROI
- make sure of the integrity of the EU’s single market for goods
- facilitate unfettered access for NI goods to the GB market, and the inclusion of NI goods in free trade agreements between the UK and third countries
As a result of the protocol, NI has in effect remained in the EU's single market for goods (England, Scotland and Wales have left the EU's single market for goods).
This allows goods to flow to and from NI to the ROI and the rest of the EU as they did while the UK was a member of the EU, without customs checks, tariffs or new paperwork.
Remote Area postage?
Please note that sometimes some locations may be “classed” as a remote area & you will be contacted regarding this as an extra charge may need to be paid. For example, the Scottish Highlands – An extra charge is applied by DHL.

Do you offer combined postage?
Yes, if you are making multiple purchases & shipping seems excessive, please contact us & we will try & make a better shipping price. (Please note this isn't always possible).
How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
All shipping prices include packaging, shipping is calculated in the checkout cart & also at the payment page.
Do you ship to my country/internationally?

How can I see value of my order in my local currency e.g. Euros, Dollars, Yen?
Please note we only accept payment in £ Sterling Pounds. All charges, sales, returns & exchanges are calculated in £ Sterling Pound, we TMC Motorsport cannot be held responsible for any changes in currency value.
Will I have to pay customs charges in my country?
If your delivery address is outside of the UK or EEC, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. All international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities while customs policies vary widely from country to country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance, and we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.
Your country may ask you for duty fees, or other taxes based on the product origin and/or value. As stated above this can vary widely dependant on your country's policies. If you the "receiver" of the order refuses to pay these taxes or fees. We TMC Motorsport will have no other option but to instruct the carrier such as DHL to abandon the package. Typically abandoned packages are destroyed at the carriers warehouse or at the local pickup point. We TMC Motorsport are not to be held responsible for any abandoned packages due to these circumstances.
